Cracking the Coding Interview: 6th edition coming soon

It might not be an actual interviewee Bible, but it is somewhat close.
Every developer who ever prepared for a programming interview knows two titles: “Programming interview exposed” and “Cracking the coding interview”.

The second book (or rather, books, because it has survived 5 editions already) is written by Gayle Laakmann, who was one of the lead Google interviewers for quite some time. Also, she had herself interviewed with Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple – all the biggies, in fact – and received offers from all of them. Also, she is the founder of In short, a very formidable resume.

So, the 6th edition of “Cracking the Coding Interview” is now available for pre-order on Amazon. And the author promises it to be quite a bit longer and more packed with coding problems than all the previous editions.

About Maryna Cherniavska

I have productively spent 10+ years in IT industry, designing, developing, building and deploying desktop and web applications, designing database structures and otherwise proving that females have a place among software developers. And this is a good place.
